Accountability in Motion began long before it had a name.
From childhood, people naturally came to NaTasha not because she had the answers, but because she created space to breathe, reflect, and move forward. Supporting others was not a learned behavior but simply who she was.

As an adult, she carried this same grounding presence into her professional life. Over nearly 20 years in corporate healthcare, government subcontracting, and multi-state organizations, she gained a reputation for identifying what others often overlooked — misaligned roles, unclear processes, inefficiencies, and communication breakdowns.

Her strength was simple yet rare: she could see both the people and the structure and help them work together.

Within organizations, NaTasha supported executive leadership to strengthen workflows, clarify responsibilities, and ensure the right people sat in the right seats. Her focus is on helping teams place people in roles that align with their strengths and the company’s goals, thereby strengthening performance, fulfillment, and retention.

And while her professional skills were sharpening, her deeper purpose never left her… it simply waited.

In 2024, NaTasha answered a spiritual calling that asked her to bring every part of her, the nurturer, the strategist, the encourager, the builder, into one space. That calling became Accountability in Motion.

Today, A.I.M. walks beside individuals and businesses as they move through transition, growth, and alignment. Whether it’s helping a person gain clarity around their next step or helping a business structure a stronger internal foundation, the goal is the same:
